SEE WHAT THE YOUNG PEOPLE CREATED
Take a look below at the process of how the young people created this amazing mural inspired by the surrounding wildlife. Below is a grasshopper being painted very carefully onto the wall!
BRINGING NATURE BACK
As part of this workshop, the young people gathered photos from the environment surrounding the old firing range (which is where the murals are painted). The project aimed to encourage those who use the space to respect it, reduce litter & make it into a place where people can enjoy, chill out and improve mental health.
To create art inspired by nature allows people to fully immerse themselves and closely observe in a way that we wouldnβt normally do, thus creating a more caring relationship with it.
